Kenneth Somtochukwu Obumneme Umeh, known as Kenneth SOU, was born on October 22, 1993, in Fegge, Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria, into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Umeh. Hailing from Ubaha Umunze, Anambra State, Nigeria, Kenneth's upbringing was surrounded by designers, thanks to his parent's professions. His father specialized in men's corporate apparel. At the same time, his mother was a skilled designer of female clothing and wedding gowns, also serving as the CEO of Miracle Bridal and Bouquet Event Company.

Growing up in such an environment, Kenneth developed a keen interest in the art of design at an early age. At just 11 years old, he began his journey into the family business, becoming a co-decorator at Miracle Bridal and Bouquet Event Company. Displaying remarkable talent and dedication, he quickly rose through the ranks, assuming the role of manager by the age of 17. In addition to managing the company, Kenneth took on the responsibility of mentoring new staff and students and sharing his knowledge and expertise in the industry.

Despite achieving considerable success in Nigeria, Kenneth felt compelled to seek new challenges and opportunities beyond his homeland. In 2014, at the age of 20, he made the bold decision to relocate to South Africa. There, he ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, launching an online boutique named Adam and Eve Apparel. However, his journey took an unexpected turn with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Adapting to the circumstances, Kenneth pivoted his career path, joining A&A Immigration Lawyers Law Firm as a foreign national representative, where he assisted immigrants with legal matters.

In 2023, driven by a desire to reconnect with his roots and leverage his wealth of experience, Kenneth decided to return to his passion for event decoration. Drawing inspiration from his journey and the anticipation of future possibilities, he founded Event Tomorrow Decoration Company (ETDC). With a renewed sense of purpose and determination, Kenneth's venture swiftly gained traction, emerging as a resounding success in a remarkably short period.

Today, as the founder of Event Tomorrow Decoration Company, Kenneth Sou leads a team of talented professionals dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences for clients across SA, Africa, and beyond. Specializing in a wide range of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings, ETDC prides itself on its ability to seamlessly blend creativity, elegance, and professionalism.
