Event Tomorrow Decoration Company is a Cape Town-based, full-service event decoration and styling business. We decorate weddings, corporate year-end functions, birthdays, and private celebrations, and we handle design, delivery, setup and teardown. 

We are based at 249a Voortrekker Road, Cape Town, 7500, and style events across Cape Town. We also serve clients across South Africa, so tell us your venue, and we’ll confirm availability and any travel costs.

Book as early as possible, especially for popular dates such as December year-end functions and weekend weddings. We recommend 14 to 18 weeks ahead for weddings. For corporate and private events, we can often work on shorter notice, so contact us as soon as you know your date, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

We decorate hotels, banquet halls, restaurants, outdoor spaces, offices, and private homes. If your venue isn’t on that list, ask us. 

We can. We decorate offices and venues for corporate year-end functions in Cape Town and manage the concept, delivery, setup and teardown, so your team doesn’t have to coordinate it.

We design around your company’s brand image and objectives with close attention to detail, and we handle installation and removal to ensure the event runs smoothly for your staff. 

Yes. We can include your logo and brand colours in backdrops, signage, and table styling to reinforce your corporate identity. 

Yes. We style office Christmas and end-of-year parties, from simple festive entrances and table styling to full themed setups, tailored to your office layout. 

We do. Our wedding styling is planned around your venue and theme and includes [ceremony and reception decor, draping, florals, lighting, table settings, and backdrops]. 

Pricing depends on venue size, guest count, theme, and inclusions. [Our wedding packages start from R35,000.] We’ll give a detailed quote after a consultation. 

 Yes. Tell us your budget upfront, and we’ll focus on the pieces with the biggest visual impact, using rental items where it helps keep costs down. 

Yes. We style weddings of all sizes, and smaller events can still have a full, styled look scaled to your space and budget.

Yes. We decorate birthdays for all ages at homes, venues and outdoor spaces. 

Yes. Share your child’s age and theme, and we’ll propose a setup. We welcome creative themes and special requests.

Yes. We style 18ths, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths, and other milestones, from elegant dinner setups to full party styling.

Yes. We style baby showers, bridal showers, and other private celebrations.

Yes. We offer customised packages and bundled services for different event types and budgets.

Yes. We’ll design to your budget and tell you about any additional charges, such as delivery distance or after-hours setup, before you commit. Nothing is added after you approve the quote. 

Yes. We rent out a wide range of event decor items. Ask about hiring, along with styling. 

Yes. We deliver decor to your venue, install it before guests arrive, and remove it after the event.

We use recyclable materials and LED lighting wherever possible. 

For outdoor events, we install all decor securely so it holds up in varying weather. We also have protocols to protect guests and staff if an emergency happens during the event.
